TOWN OF LOCKPORT, COMMUNITY CENTER

The Town of Lockport Community Recreation Hall project transformed the former Carpenters Union Hall at 6570 Dysinger Road into a modern, multi-purpose facility serving both municipal and community needs. The 4,452-square-foot, two-story building, originally constructed in 1979, was renovated to consolidate the Town's IDA offices and Recreation Committee under one roof. The facility features state-of-the-art conference rooms equipped with presentation technology, flexible meeting spaces, and supporting kitchen amenities. Designed to foster community engagement, the building will host town meetings, club gatherings, senior programs, and other public events. Officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 22, 2026, the project represents a significant investment in the Town of Lockport's future growth and connectivity.

The Village of Williamsville Village Hall ADA Improvements Project focused on creating a more accessible, welcoming, and code-compliant public facility for residents and visitors. Renovations at the historic Village Hall included comprehensive restroom upgrades, lobby skylight replacements, and interior structural modifications designed to improve accessibility and enhance the overall user experience. As part of a larger accessibility initiative encompassing both Village Hall and the Fire Department, the project supports the Village's commitment to providing equal access to public services and facilities. Our team successfully coordinated construction activities within an active municipal building while maintaining public access and minimizing disruptions. The completed improvements help ensure that Village Hall serves the needs of all community members for years to come.
